Interested in quilting? Don't know where to begin? This class takes you through the basics of beginning quilting including cutting, piecing and assembling a project. We'll answer your questions and explain the quilting terminology that may have confused you in the past.

Bargello with a Twist
One Session

Similar to a typical bargello-style quilt, but with much more movement, this wall quilt will make an impression wherever you hang it. Kit purchase is required (four colorways are available). Some sewing will be required before class. Basic quilting skills are necessary.

Buggy Barn
One session

Choose your Buggy Barn pattern and we'll help you stack, slash, shuffle, and stitch your quilt the Buggy Barn way.

Class policy – If the minimum class requirement has not been reached at least 5 days prior to the scheduled class, the class may be cancelled.

Class fees do not include supplies. Class fees will only be refunded if the class is cancelled.

“Double Q Club”
Join us at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month for a fun evening spent with quilting friends. Come early to shop and socialize. Mark these dates on your calendar for 2007.

Saturday Sew Day 2007
Join your friends for a day of sewing, fun, food, and fellowship. Work on any project you choose for an hour or for a day. Come at 9:00 a.m. and stay all day, if you'd like. We'll put on the soup, while you bring a dish to share.

Super Sunday Sew Day – February 4, 2007
Do you want an alternative to football on Super Bowl Sunday? Come sew with us and you’ll go home with a warm and snuggly flannel quilt to keep you warm for the rest of the winter. You bring the strips to swap and we’ll have you sewing your way through a great day! Don't miss the fun.

Sew Day for Charity- March 17, 2007
Help us make quilts for a good cause. We had a good response last year so we're going to try it again. We'll provide the fabric, batting, and lunch. You bring your machine and a smile. Sew as long as you'd like, knowing you'll be bringing a smile to someone in need of a warm quilting hug! Please let us know you're coming so we can be prepared.

Downstairs Quilt Show - August 13-19, 2007

Shop to Shop Hop - August 16-19, 2007
